HELEN DUNNING & GLENAYRE BAY SURF

Many congratulations to Helen Dunning and Glenayre Bay Surf, who have been selected as part of the Pony Squad eventing team. The pair will be competing at the European Championships in Switzerland in July. Click here to see further details.

TRIANGULAR DRESSAGE

Congratulations to the team of William Blackshaw, Zoe McLellan, Lucy Watts and Helen Graham who came 2nd in the team competition. This means that Crewe & District were 3rd overall, so well done to all those who took part this year.

COMBINED TRAINING

Congratulations to Helen Dunning who won the 3'6" class and also received an award for the Best Dressage. Well done also to Helen Graham who won the Best Dressage in the 3'0" class.

WINTER LEAGUE SHOWJUMPING, 16th MARCH

Class 1 (2'9) Team - Katie Heath, Steph Cliffe, Ruth Hollinshead and Helen Graham (HC). Unfortunately Ruth withdrew during the warming in as she found Mabel was lame. Team was not placed but came 5th overall at the end of the Winter League. Well done! Ben Davies, who has competed with the team could not be there today so a thank you to him aswell.

Class 2 (2'6" class) - The team consisted of Nick Sparkes, Ciara McLellan, Zoe McLellan and Georgia Ellwood, who was also 2nd individually. The team came 4th, which put them into 6th place overall in the league, so congratulations to all.

Class 4 Open Team- Jenny Shaw, Laura Atkinson and Lauren Card. Only 3 teams competed and we came 2nd. Individually, Lauren came 1st and Jenny came 3rd. Overall at the end of the Winter League we tied for 2nd place with Cheshire Hunt North. Well done girls! Thanks also to Helen Dunning who couldn't be here today.

Class 5 Dengie Open - Only Jenny Shaw competed and came 2nd which qualified her for the Championship on 29th March at Moreton Morrell. Well done!

NFU INTERBRANCH QUIZ

Well done to our quiz team (Jenny Shaw, Katie Heath, Emily Watts and Zoe McLellan) who came 5th at the Interbranch Quiz. Congratulations tot eh winners, the Berwyns team from Berwyn & Dee, who have qualified for the National Quiz Final.
